  I would give this place negative stars if I were given the option. This is a dealership that prides itself in putting people in safe, reliable cars. However, this lady on the commercial must really not be a fan of the grandchildren she has since her slogan is "I wouldn't sell a car that I wouldn't put my grandchildren in". My friend b ought a car from them that broke down about 20 minutes after leaving the lot. When we reached out to deal depot about it they were rude and kept informing us it was sold as is. However when my friend was there purchasing the car the lady was conversing with us telling us how happy that she was that my friend would finally have something reliable . We called Deal depot to see if they could help her out or give us some insight to what the problem could be . The manager was rude and basically my called me a trouble maker as he tried to talk down my friend and myself . He also then proceeded to hang up on me. My suggestion to anyone even entertaining the idea of buying a car from deal depot is Don't ! They are greedy people who make a living by ripping people off! I know if I worked there I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing that I made a person's already tight situation even tighter. I hope they enjoy all the money they made at my friends expense .

  Nikki helped me and she was amazing. I had my 3 small kids and some drama and she was calm and wonderful with everything. They put me in a car I love. I hadn't even noticed it till she showed me and I love it.

  Incredibly bunch of great people, friendly, helpful, honest and the fact of a warranty, they were ready & willing to stand behind what they sell! Don't see that much anymore! George was funny, deliteful, patient as I had him running all over the parking lot in this heat (got a little tan car shopping) so did George! Got this awesome car at a price I can afford and still have a life & don't feel abused! Thanks George for a fun day versus a Sour Pus Uppity salesman whose only interest is selling you anything just to get at your money! Need more salesman like you!
